I am a licensed professional massage therapist specializing in relaxation massage for stress management, deep tissue work to manage chronic and acute pain, and prenatal massage for the expecting mother.

My integrative massage therapy sessions combine elements of Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Craniosacral, Polarity Therapy, and assisted stretching for a unique approach to the body. I have techniques to address specific areas of concern such as (but not limited to) frozen shoulder, sciatic pain, psoas release, and tension headaches.

I also do a few specialized treatments, including Thai Massage adapted to the table, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and CBD Massage. I utilize natural and organic skincare products whenever possible and wholeheartedly believe in a holistic approach to healing.

I am a graduate of the Santa Fe School of Massage and the University of Colorado. I am also a registered Hatha yoga teacher and a graduate of Surya Soma Yoga School. In addition, I am a traditional Naad yogini vocalist and lineage holder of the Dagar Girana of dhrupad raga music, under the teachings of Padma Shree Umakant Gundecha of Bhopal, India. 

I currently live and practice in the high desert of beautiful, mystical, and scenic Santa Fe, New Mexico. The high desert of the southwest seems to be an ideal place for healing work: the quality of clear spectrum sunlight is incredibly uplifting, combined with the earthen aesthetic of the classic adobe clay architecture providing a grounding element. This powerful combination of natural features in the Santa Fe landscape is undoubtedly infused into all bodywork treatments.

I have many years of full time experience at the tops spas in the area and am also an Adjunct Professor in the Massage Therapy department at the Santa Fe Community College during select times of the year.
