Samadhi Healing Arts Practice Policies:
New Clients: you’ll need to fill out basic intake forms prior to our first appointment. I will email these to you after we speak.
***A $20 non-refundable Venmo deposit holds an appointment for first time clients.
24 hour notice is required when canceling or rescheduling appointments, barring emergencies or sudden sickness.
Please plan to be 5-10 minutes early. Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Thank you for understanding that our time is the most valuable resource we have!
Cash, Venmo, PayPal & Check are accepted and payment is due at the time of service.
Online booking will roll out for pre-existing clients in January 2026. This will make scheduling more convenient for all of us in the future :)
Referral program! For every new client that books a session with me - and mentions that one of my existing clients referred them (you!), I will give you $20 off your next session to say thank you :)
